At Cornerstone Pilates, we deeply appreciate and honour the rich history and unwavering traditions of the First Nations and the Metis in our region. The lands surrounding the Great Lakes hold a profound Indigenous heritage that spans from the Anishinabe to the Attawandaron, the Haudenosaunee, and the Metis. As we operate in these lands, we recognize our responsibility to pay homage and respect to the four directions, including the lands, waters, plants, animals, and the ancestors who came before us. We extend our sincere gratitude to the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation for sharing their traditional territory with us.
